Gardeners Cottage
This cottage also a listed traditional stone and harl building is adjacent to the Bothy, has an outside porch leading into a small front hall. Directly ahead is the staircase, leading to 3 bedrooms, the first bedroom off to the left has a kingside bed the second bedroom off to the right has twin beds this is also the access room to the third bedroom also having twin beds.
All the ceilings are low and coombed and care should be taken. Downstairs has a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, central heating is fitted throughout the cottage, the heating and hot water are run from an oil boiler situated in the kitchen. The focal point in the lounge is a large open hearth with a modern log burning stove, there is a wide screen TV, DVD and Video player and two large comfortable sofas one which converts into a sofa bed.
There is an open archway leading into the dining room which has a table and seats enough for eight persons. Access to the kitchen is through the dining room, the kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Through another door leading from the dining room is a small cloak room with washing machine.
Through this is the access to the bathroom and also the large back garden. The bathroom has a bath fitted with an electric shower, a toilet and hand basin. Water is supplied from a private source. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and bed linen for eight persons are provided. Towels are not supplied but may be hired providing notice is given at the time of booking. Entry is 3pm Saturday or by arrangement.
Being a working farm pets may only be brought by prior arrangement.
